These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Porini Migration Camp (“the Camp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the terms outlined below.
All bookings must be made in writing via email or through our official booking channels.
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from the Camp.
The Camp reserves the right to release provisional bookings if payment deadlines are not met.
A non-refundable deposit of 30%–50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation.
Full payment is due 30–60 days prior to arrival (depending on season).
Bookings made within the full payment period require immediate full settlement.
Payments must be made via bank transfer or approved payment methods as specified in your invoice.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
More than 60 days prior to arrival: Deposit may be refundable less administrative fees (if applicable).
30–59 days prior to arrival: 50% of total booking cost may be charged.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of total booking cost is payable.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

Date changes are subject to availability and seasonal rate adjustments.
Administrative fees may apply to amendments.
Amendments made within cancellation periods may incur cancellation charges.
Unless otherwise stated, rates typically include:
Accommodation
Scheduled meals
Shared game drives
Park or conservancy fees (if specified in booking confirmation)
Selected beverages (if applicable)
Exclusions may include:
Premium beverages
Gratuities
Travel insurance
Additional activities not specified in the booking confirmation
Flights and transfers unless pre-arranged
Final inclusions and exclusions will be outlined in your confirmation invoice.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover:
Trip cancellation
Medical emergencies
Evacuation
Personal belongings
The Camp shall not be held liable for losses that would normally be covered by travel insurance.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry, visa, vaccination, and health requirements for travel to Tanzania.
The Camp operates in a remote wildlife environment; guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff.
Wildlife areas carry inherent risks, and guests participate in activities at their own risk.
Porini Migration Camp shall not be liable for:
Injury, illness, or death arising from participation in safari activities
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Delays caused by weather, road conditions, government actions, or force majeure events
We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to operational requirements, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our control.
The Camp shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or political instability.
Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation and operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or operational necessity.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
